Are you robbing yourself of the opportunity to achieve something great?

Many people come up with great strategic ideas. Although some become paralysed and don’t know what to do next, or simply don’t want to take the risk, there are others still that execute their idea without thinking through what would truly make a great product or service.

They lack information, time, money, or the will to make the difficult decisions. At the heart of the problem is an inability to predict with satisfactory precision and reliability the likely outcomes for their idea.

So they compromise. The whittle away everything that was great, and end up with a substandard solution.

They dumb down their idea and strip away most of the features that make their idea valuable. Quite simply, they choose expediency and sufficiency, and they choose the cheapest way they can to fix the problem without looking at the bigger picture and achieving the potential they should be striving for.

If this is you, then it’s time to turn this around. Consider all your needs, think long term, and dream about ideal outcomes. Don’t settle for an almost good enough solution.

Aim for a strategic advantage.
